The submission should be no more than 10,000 words including abstracts, notes and references. Please send your manuscript as an electronic file to Alexander Fetting (alexander.fetting@uni-bielefeld.de).
The manuscript will be peer reviewed by two members of the editorial board.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from copyright holders for reproducing any material already published elsewhere that requires permission.
Copy rights remain with the authors. The authors can freely publish their final work elsewhere. The editors would appreciate to be informed in such cases and may take the working paper out of circulation if necessary.
The Working Papers will be published electronically and can be downloaded and cited by individuals without seeking prior permission of the authors.
